MISS CAITLIN KRYGER



Miss Caitlin began dancing at the age of 4, and has extensive training in jazz, contemporary, lyrical, hip hop, tap and ballet. She trained locally in the Illawarra where she has successfully completed her ballet examinations with the Royal Academy of Dance (Advance 1) and her Glenn Wood Tap examinations. After this time Miss Caitlin moved to Brent Street Studios where she has been training for the past 3 years in all performing arts genres. Recently Miss Caitlin completed her full-time course at Brent Street in which she achieved a Diploma in Elite Performing Arts, in the lead up to a professional career in the industry.

Miss Caitlin attended Wollongong High School of the Performing Arts, where she did dance through year 7-12. This gave her many opportunities to perform, some of these being, Southern Stars, School Spectacular, Touring Ensemble, Regional and State Dance Festival as well as small concerts within the school. Miss Caitlin also completed her dance HSC and was invited to perform one of her pieces at Callback 2016, which is a showcase of the best dance pieces in NSW.
Miss Caitlin has also competed in numerous dance competitions and eisteddfods throughout Australia achieving outstanding results. With a love for all things performing, Miss Caitlin has had the opportunity to be a part of many amateur musicals such as Cats, The Wiz, Hairspray and Legally Blonde, where her passions lie.

 

Miss Caitlin has recently completed her studies at UOW with a Bachelor Primary Education.

Miss Caitlin is looking forward to inspiring the students of JL Dance as she shares her passion and love for the art form of dance.
